Items are returnable if you have received them in a condition that is -
- Physically damaged
- Has missing parts or accessories.
- Defective
- Different from its description on the product detail
Important notes on returning products to X-trodes:
- 30-day limit after delivery for return acceptance.
- Customer responsible for proper packaging during shipment.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging with all parts.
- For defective products during the 1-year warranty period, contact Xsupport@xtrodes.com
- Your Support Ticket must include Order Number, Serial Number, and clear photos/video of damage/defect.
- Shipping and handling are non-refundable on product returns under the 30-day Return Policy, except for defective/damaged products or incorrect shipments.
