How can I return the product?

Items are returnable if you have received them in a condition that is -

  1. Physically damaged
  2. Has missing parts or accessories.
  3. Defective
  4. Different from its description on the product detail

 

Important notes on returning products to X-trodes:

  • 30-day limit after delivery for return acceptance.
  • Customer responsible for proper packaging during shipment.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging with all parts.
  • For defective products during the 1-year warranty period, contact Xsupport@xtrodes.com
  • Your Support Ticket must include Order Number, Serial Number, and clear photos/video of damage/defect.
  • Shipping and handling are non-refundable on product returns under the 30-day Return Policy, except for defective/damaged products or incorrect shipments.
