I turned on the DAU, and the LED is solid green, but the app continues to scan for devices.
Ensure the tablet’s BT is turned on, then switch the DAU off and on. Make sure you pair the DAU to your tablet’s BT.
NOTE: If you are running Android operating system 11 and older, please ensure the location services are enabled.
